ADD POLICIES FOR 100% ONLINE CLASSES - Classes With No On-Campus Meetings
On the FIRST day of class for the course you are interested in adding and beginning at 8am email [email protected] and request an add code. Your request must include your name, course title and section you desire to add or the professor will not know which course you are wishing to add. If you are a new student, do not request an add code until you have completed your college application and other college requirements for new students. Requests to add prior to 8am of the first day of class will be automatically deleted. The college wait list expires 48 hours prior to the first day of class and this is why you have to email the professor on the first day of class. Instructor does not follow the wait list but rather assigns add codes by order of the emails received starting at 8am of the first day of class and availability in the course. Sociology students are expected to be organized and have college ready writing and reading comprehension skills. Students who receive an add code are responsible for accessing the textbook the first week of class and completing the required introductory assignments by the deadline or risk being dropped from class.
